Carmelo: Colleen made me carry it when it had to be carried, the hostesses stored it safely on the plane and we kept it in a fridge at my son’s apartment in Bangkok. Unbeknown to us, he then took us to Chiang Mai, a further hour’s flying time from Bangkok. It was carried in the taxi to the airport, put on the floor of the aircraft, then carried again in the taxi to our hotel. In all, it was 10 days before we got to cut/eat it as part of the celebrations on a balcony on an idyllic tropical evening. It was still moist inside and very, very tasty. Just brilliant and the happy couple loved it. Best regards
