$15.00 per head menu  – 4 dessert canapé items per person

  • Choice of 1 items from group 1.
  • Choice of 3 items from either group 2 or 3.

Cake stand hire not included. Cake stand hire rates will depend on what stands, mirrors  or display material is required.

$20.00 per head menu  – 5 dessert canapé items per person

  • Choice of 2 items from group 1.
  • Choice of 3 items from either group 2 or 3
  • Choice of 1 item from group 4.

Cake stand hire reduced rate. Cake stand hire will depend on what stands, mirrors  or display material is required.

$25.00 per head menu

  • Choice of 1 item from group 1
  • Choice of 4 items from any of the groups

Cake stand hire included (up to 3 stands). Cake stand bond may be required, which is refunded to you.
Some of these items can be made GLUTEN FREE.

Group 1:

  • Snow Sugar dusted profiteroles filled with either vanilla or chocolate custard
  • Cup cakes – with buttercream swirl  you will need to check with what flavours are being made at the time of your function.
  • macarons  – you will need to check with what flavours are being made at the time.
  • Lemon meringue tartlets
  • Cinnamon Almond shortbread biscuits
  • Salted Caramel Tart
  • Orange or Honey vanilla cheesecakes wedge placed in cupcake wrapper

Group 2:

  • Dessert glasses  – can be made gluten free upon request ***
  • Filled with either:
    • Crème Patisserie and genoise cake
    • Berry Bavarian and layered cake
    • Milk Choc mousse and layered cake
    • Yoghurt soufflé mousse and layered sponge
    • Shot glass Panache topped with Thick shake Anglaise (gluten free)
    • Trablit Coffee mousse with espresso Gel
  • Pastry crusted profiteroles filled with either vanilla, chocolate, hazelnut or grand marnier custard
  • Layered chocolate cake layer stack
  • Frangipani Almond tarts
  • Connoisseur chocolate layer cake
  • Passionfruit custard tartelette

Group 3:

  • Orange or Honey vanilla cheesecakes – round – choc base
  • Glazed Strawberry custard tarts
  • Margaret river truffle layer cake – choc blend or white choc rosewater
  • Oven roasted apple custard crumble tart
  • Sicilian Canoli – crème patisserie
  • Cupcakes with either  choc explosion garnish, willy wonk swirls, funky love hearts

Group 4:

  • Cinnamon Crunchy cookie sandwich – tied with white paper or string
  • Chocolate tart with chocolate explosion garnish
  • Chocolate mousse cups jam centre cherry Phoenicia garnish
  • Roasted hazelnut chunky chocolate layer cake
  • Marbled sponge wrap filled with any filling imaginable
